Happy Groundhog Day

I think I like what the local ground hog, Sir Walter Wally predicted which is an early spring.  Punxsutawney Phil predicted 6 more weeks and Staten Island Chuck predicted an early spring.
This is a re-post photo from April 2014 but the only groundhog I had.  Yeah for spring!

This morning started out very warm but by noon, the temperature began dropping and the wind really kicked up.

Looking back one year ago today, I will still take today's weather.  We were in the middle of the infamous polar vortex and it had been very cold for a couple of weeks.  The pond had frozen over until it looked like a pond of frozen milk.  What a difference from this year.
